A native of Miami, FL, Evan started his real estate career at an early age in the competitive market of South Florida. Upon moving to New York, Evan worked as a top Sales Specialist for ASSA ABLOY, which is the largest Security and Hardware Manufacturer in the World. He was the youngest employee in the country by more then 10 years and was quickly promoted several times. Some of his larger deals included New School University's 225 Million Dollar Dorm, Princeton University's 625 Million Science Center, NYU's 325 Million Student Center, and Columbia University Law School's 435 Million Faculty Center. This experience helped Evan communicate properly to all kinds of people and the skills to be able to close deals, overcome obstacles and negotiate on his clients behalf.
Evan decided to leave his successful position for one reason: People. His passion for helping people is unsurpassed. Evan says, “Nothing gives me more pleasure than to find someone the home of their dreams and allow them to create memories that will forever be remembered.” Evan recalls how difficult it once was for him to find an apartment in the sea of brokers and misleading advertisements, “I had no idea how difficult, arduous and borderline obnoxious it was to find an apartment in this city. I told myself, one day I am going to change the way this business works, and put my clients first before anything else. I'm going to operate in a different way, a way of trust." Evan truly makes himself available and is addicted to hard work. Evan has developed a strong and loyal client base because of his excellent market knowledge, experience, reliability and customer service.
Even currently resides in the Upper West Side. When he is not working you can find Evan enjoying one of his many hobbies including: new restaurants, traveling, biking, hiking, tennis, and following his favorite team, The Miami Heat.. Evan is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a dual degree in Communications and Political Science.
